Our HCPC-registered neurophysiotherapists deliver specialist neurological rehabilitation at home across London and Kent. We treat stroke, traumatic brain injury, multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injury, Parkinsons disease, motor neurone disease, Guillain-Barré syndrome, cerebral palsy in adults and post-neurosurgery rehabilitation. Treatment is based on neuroplasticity principles, using task-specific training, gait re-education, balance work, functional exercises and spasticity management.
