Stroke Recovery Programme at Home

Rehabhomecare runs a structured stroke recovery programme delivered as home visits across London and Kent. A whole team works with you and your family: HCPC-registered physiotherapists, a neuro physiotherapy exercise expert, and a named clinician who reviews your goals at every visit. Treatment covers mobility and walking, balance and falls prevention, arm and hand function, sitting and standing control, fatigue management, spasticity, and confidence with daily tasks such as dressing, cooking and using the stairs. We start with an initial assessment in your home, agree what you want to get back, then build a week-by-week plan with progress measured at each stage. Family and carers are trained to support exercises between sessions. Home visits are available in Bexley, Bexleyheath, Welling, Sidcup, Dartford, Crayford, Swanley, Orpington, Bromley, Greenwich, Woolwich, Lewisham, Canary Wharf, Newham, Ilford, Redbridge and surrounding areas.
